The four hour flight was followed by an hour and half bus journey to the team hotel in Oswestry.
The plane carrying the Videoton squad took off from Liszt Ferenc airport in Budapest at 10am on Monday. There was a stopover in Rotterdam for fuelling, before landing in Manchester at 13:00pm local time. Oswestry sits on the English-Welsh border and the coach rolled in to the hotel at 15:00pm. The players checked in to their rooms shortly after.
The team had dinner and then headed for Tuesday's Champions League venue, which is the Park Hall Stadium. Bernard Casoni held a training session at around 19:00pm. The team are in good spirits as they look forward to the 1st leg tie in Wales. The match will kick off at 19:00pm on Tuesday and vidi.hu will carry full match coverage.
