Sunday afternoon we visit the home of the league leaders

It's our 110th first division match against FTC.

On Sunday at 16:30 we will face FTC for the 110th time in the top flight. Out of the 109 matches, FTC has won 52 of them, with 30 draws and 27 Vidi victories. The goal difference is 175-115 in favour of the capital team. We have beaten Ferencváros 15 times in league games at our own ground and 12 times away from home.

Ferencváros won seven of the last ten league games against us and we managed to get 3 points only once: in the summer of 2020, our then retiring captain - our current sporting director - Roland Juhász scored in a 1-0 win at the MOL Arena Sóstó. After that, we won at Üllői út in February 2021, when we emerged 2-1 victors in the MOL Hungarian Cup.

Ferencváros are confidently leading the league with 50 points after 24 rounds, while second-placed Kecskemét have 42 points. However, FTC has only won one of its last five league games (DVSC - FTC 0-2), and has drawn two (FTC - Kecskemét 1-1, FTC - Mezőkövesd 1-1) and lost two (FTC - PAFC 1-2, ZTE - FTC 1-0).

In the Europa League, the Budapest team reached the last eight, where they were stopped by German Bayer Leverkusen - in Germany and in the return leg in Hungary, the German team won 2-0.

FTC's two top scorers in the tournament are Adama Traoré, who has 11 goals, and Ryan Mmaee, who also has 11 goals.
