The Portuguese midfielder revealed that the hard work throughout the week ended with Sunday being a day of rest at the training camp.
"The manager also said and we are also clear with the fact that during the current pre-season phase, the final result of a friendly game is of secondary importance. Despite this, there was an empty feeling for us following the first friendly game. We now managed to put this behind us and we have dealt with the win, and are pleased with the result. We managed to beat a side 3-0, which is preparing to play in the Europa League. This was a chance to measure ourselves and see where we are. Feczesin got hold of the ball on the half way line leading up to my goal. He then found me on the wing with a good ball. I beat my man and created space to go inside, before finally hitting a good shot in to the back of the net. We have been given Sunday off after a hard week of work. I think that everyone is pleased about this" - commented Oliveira to the club website.
