DATES AND KEY MATCHES

Key dates for the spring season

We've put together the most important dates for Hungarian football over the next six months.

Our team started preparing for the spring season on the 3rd January. From 13th to 21st January, we will have a training camp in Umag, Croatia, where we are scheduled to play three friendly matches.

Scheduled matches, dates and venues of the training camp in Croatia:

Fehérvár FC - NK Brinje Grosuplje (Slovenian second division): 17 January 2025 11:30, Umag.

Fehérvár FC vs. FK Tekstilac Odzaci (Serbian first division): 18 January 2025 11:30, Umag

Fehérvár FC vs NK Kalcer Radomlje (Slovenian First Division): 21 January 2025 11:30, Umag

There will be one final home friendly game before the continuation of the OTP Bank Liga NB I:

Fehérvár FC vs. Szentlőrinc (Hungarian second division): 25 January 2025 13:00, Székesfehérvár (behind closed doors)

The spring season starts on the weekend of 1st February. There will be no midweek matches in the spring, but it is certain that we will not play on Saturday on the weekend of 15th March, when the Sports Law does not allow us to play a league match. There will be a national team break, and there will be no round on the weekend of 22nd March.

The 5th round of the MOL Hungarian Cup will take place on 26th February 2025, when we will be the guests of NB II Gyirmót FC Győr.

In March, the Hungarian national team will face two important games: against Turkey, were they will fight to remain among the best in the Nations League. The first match will be played away from home on 20th March and the return leg will take place at the Puskás Arena on 23rd March.

Two more MOL Hungarian Cup rounds will be held in April. The quarter-finals will be played on 2nd April and the semi-finals on 23rd April.
The final of the MOL Hungarian Cup will take place on 14 May 2025 at the Puskás Arena.

The last, 33rd round of the OTP Bank Liga NB I will be played on the weekend of 24th May 2025.

The winter transfer period will start on 15th January 2025 and run until 14th February 2025.
