Jozsef Varga: It's a pity that we did not win but the point could prove crucial in the end

We spoke to the midfielder for his views following Saturday's 0-0 draw away at Paks.

"We tried to dominate the game and we did this sporadically. As much as the pitch allowed, we tried to play our quick game and force our attack. I felt that we created several chances in the first half, but Paks closed things down in the second period. We could not break down the home sides defence. It was probably their target to go through the game without conceding a goal and they did this. Perhaps on a better pitch, and with quicker play, we could have created more chances. We went forward until the final minute and did plenty to try and get the win. However, we did not manage to do this and this is why we are disappointed. It is a pity that we could not win what this point could prove crucial in the end with regards to the league title" - commented Jozsef Varga.
