In the MOL Hungarian Cup 2024/2025 we will play away at Gyirmót FC Győr for a place in the last 8.
The draw for the fifth round of the 2024/2025 MOL Hungarian Cup was held on Thursday evening. In this round, of course, the NB I teams could still face each other.
Vidi qualified for the round of 32 with a 2-0 win away at Monor in round 3, and in round 4 we reached the round of 16 with a 2-1 win against DVTK. So far in this competition, three NB I teams have been knocked out of the cup: DVTK, DVSC and Kecskemét TE.
Our next opponent will be the NB II team Gyirmót FC.
The match will be played at the home of the lower division team, so we will have to fight for qualification in Győr, at the Alcufer Stadion.
The official date for the MOL Hungarian Cup fifth round matches is 26th February (Wednesday), with qualification decided over one match.
