We take a look at the statistics with Videoton and MTK games as the two sides come face-to-face at the weekend.
The overall statistics in matches between Videoton and MTK have seen the Budapest side win 35, Videoton 33 and the remaining 20 games drawn. The first league match:
The two first met on the 9th June 1968 in a first division match. MTK won the match 3-1 with Vidi's goal that day coming from Laszlo Karsai.
First Vidi win:
Revenge was not long in coming for the Videoton players with a 2-0 home win recorded over MTK on the 24th November 1968. The goals that day came from Pinter and Bodnar.

Biggest win:
There have been four matches where Vidi emerged winners with a four goal difference against MTK. The first of these came in season 1982-83 when goals from Zsinka, Szabó, Csuhay, Csongrádi, Disztl L. and Májer help Vidi to a 6-2 win at home. A double strike from Szabo and Burcsa helped Vidi to a 4-0 win in March 1985, just as in September 1988, when another 4-0 win happened with goals that day coming from a Petres hatrick and a Jonas strike. The most recent game with a four goal difference came in season 2008-09 on the 17th April 2009. Vujovics hit three and a Szakaly goal did the damage that day for Vidi.
Most goals in a league match:
In the 88 league games to date, there have been two matches that have seen 8 goals scored in them. The first was a 6-2 home win for Videoton in 1985. The second was the 5-3 win over MTK on the 29th April 2007. Goals in that match came from Dajics and Julinho (2 each) and a Nagy goal.
Best individual performance:
Two Vidi players have scored hatricks against MTK. Goran Vujavics and Tamas Petres have both scored three in matches. Petres scored his on the 14th September 1988 in the 4-0 win, while Goran Vujovic hit his on the 17th April 2009 in another 4-0 win.
Jozsef Szabo has found the back of the net against MTK the most times with a total of 10 goals. Nikolics has hit three, Sandor and Alvarez have both scored one each from the current squad.
